To provide the highest level of customer service, Royal Champion keeps our customers contact information on file. It is essential that we have an email address and phone number for each customer in order to confirm orders, as well as to contact customers with any questions regarding an order. We keep shipping and billing addresses on hand for invoicing, and to insure that the product is shipped to the correct address. Your phone number, email, and address will be for internal use only, and we will never sell, or rent your information to any third party. Credit and debit card information will be handled solely by our secure website. As a result, no credit or debit card information will be kept by Royal Champion. |
Flat Rate Shipping
We are proud to offer $15 flat rate shipping on all orders over $100. Order as many items as you like and never pay more than $15. The rate is the same throughout the U.S. and there are no additional charges for heavy items and orders.
While this is an incredible rate for large orders, we don't want to penalize you for making a small order. For orders under $100, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $5.
Orders will be shipped via FedEx ground service unless the customer requests a different method. To request a different shipping method, simply enter your request in the "Customer Notes" section during the checkout process. If we can accommodate your request, we will. Orders ship the next business day (sometimes the same day) and should be delivered within 5 business days. After your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with the FedEx tracking number for your shipment.
*To qualify for flat rate shipping orders must be shipped within the continental United States. Additional charges will apply to orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Please call 1.800.269.8391 to receive a shipping quote and to place your order.

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, we are happy to work with you on a return or exchange. Items returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase qualify for a full refund.
Items returned in new, unused condition after 30 days are eligible for an account credit or exchange. Once products have been opened they can not be returned.
